Laugh One-On-One with Ellen

Not everyone thrives in the group setting. 
Not everyone has a full day away or even a weekend to spare.

Some like to learn something by participating more than once

Others just like to laugh and learn more...

 

Whatever your reason, Laughter One-On-One can be a joyful way to build confidence with the powerful tool of laughter. It offers growth potential of happier and healthier opportunities in the world and opportunities for us to embrace the joyous way we experience it on our own terms. 

 

This One-On-One Course can offer anyone an introduction into the great happiness that laughter instantly delivers, the moment we engage with it. It can provide a pathway to learning how to appreciate ourselves more and accept the adversities a little better. Learning about laughter and ways to incorporate its natural process into our days more effortlessly offers rich rewards of centering ourselves and shifting our attitude more delightfully. The One-On-One program offers the exercises of laughter with purpose and practice that helps to open our airways and our heart path in a gradual process that makes for a more lasting understanding and useful application. 

 

The One-On-One Course may also provide another review of what was presented in the Basic Workshop, The Certified Laughter Yoga Leaders Training, a class or a presentation, or even for other leaders and teachers who want to review the basics of laughter in a weekly review. 

For those experienced with laughter, the One-On-One course provides both education and application weekly. It also gives the participant a chance to apply the concept during the week and come back with better questions, new ideas to explore to gain more insight.

About Your Facilitator

Ellen Klein is a Registered Nurse who professionally trained in Laughter Yoga.  Seeing its greater value and depth personally, it changed her perspective and outlook on life and inspired her to inject this more natural medicine of laughter to serve humanity’s higher purpose.  For those in pain, it doesn’t have to stay that way, laughter is a practice of perspective that shows us a better way.
